The DEQX Calibrated™ PDC-2.6 Processor is a 2-input, 6-output digital processor offering individual driver correction with extremely high order digital crossovers (typically 100dB/octave, but up to 300dB/octave) in addition to necessary room correction.

For best results, speakers should be bi-amped (two-way) or tri-amped (three-way). Speakers with 'bi-wire' or 'tri-wire' connectors are easily adapted to DEQX correction. Alternately, existing crossovers can be bypassed. Single connector speakers (with passive internal crossovers), or active speakers, can also be DEQX Calibrated™.

These corrections provide an accurate frequency response and a remarkable improvement in imaging due to high frequency phase coherence between speakers. Crossovers can also be applied to one or two corrected sub-woofers.

Once the the loudspeakers are corrected, the PDC-2.6 can perform a detailed measurement of the speakers in the listening environment with user-definable digital parametric equalization available to optimize the room response and speaker setup.
